IMPORTANT UPDATE

Better Plant Sciences has a strong balance sheet with diversified assets. Most notably, the corporation has no commercial debt and high average trading volumes.

Better Plant Sciences (CSE:PLNT) (OTC:VEGGF) (Frankfurt:YG3) is traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol PLNT, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “YG3”. Better Plant Sciences is also quoted on OTCQB Markets under the symbol “VEGGF”.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

The Company entered into a definitive merger agreement on April 26, 2022 for the reverse merger transaction with FreedomX Metaversive Networks Inc. The Transaction is anticipated to constitute a fundamental change under Exchange Policy 8, which states that “a fundamental change or change of business of a listed issuer effectively results in a new issuer, such that the existing disclosure record cannot be relied upon to fairly value the company’s securities. A “fundamental change” is a major acquisition accompanied or preceded by a change of control.”

The Company anticipates that its stock will continue to be halted until the close of the Transaction. The halt in trading does not reflect upon the reputation or management of the company nor upon the quality of its securities.
